Cold EmailLead TriageB2B SaaSFounder Tools
来源平台: idea-spark
A simple inbox filter and prioritization tool for B2B SaaS founders running their own cold outreach. It automatically analyzes incoming replies to categorize them into 'hot leads', 'objections', and 'ignore', saving founders hours of manual email sorting and follow-up tracking.
目标用户
Solo or 2-person B2B SaaS founders who are personally running cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, or manual outreach, and are overwhelmed by managing the daily reply volume.
核心差异点
Focuses exclusively on the post-send chaos of cold email for the founder doing it themselves, turning a messy inbox into a simple, actionable priority list. Unlike full-suite CRMs or outreach automation tools, it solves the specific, acute pain of reply triage with near-zero setup.
解决方案
A web app that connects to the user's email inbox via OAuth (Gmail/Outlook). Uses a rules-based and simple LLM prompt to classify each reply to a cold email. Provides a clean dashboard with three lists: Hot Leads (shows interest/asks a question), Objections (common 'not now' or pricing pushback), and Ignore (opt-outs, bounces). Clicking a lead opens a pre-populated follow-up draft. Tech stack: Next.js (frontend), Node.js/Python (backend), Postgres (storage), Resend (email sending).
关联痛点
Founders face difficulties in getting first B2B clients with high bounce rates on landing pages and ineffective outreach.Developers struggle with marketing and user acquisition for their SaaS products despite having functional software.
MVP 范围

Categorize each reply thread into 'Hot Lead'
'Objection'
or 'Ignore' using a configurable keyword list and a single LLM classification call per thread.

One-click 'Send Follow-Up' that sends the drafted reply from the user's connected email.
