来源平台: idea-spark
A lightweight web tool that helps early-stage B2B SaaS founders quickly evaluate whether a prospect is a good fit before committing time to sales calls. Founders define their ideal customer profile once, then score any prospect in 2 minutes by entering basic company information, receiving an instant compatibility report with red/yellow/green signals and specific concerns to address.
目标用户
Solo founders and 2-3 person B2B SaaS teams in their first 12 months who handle sales themselves, receive 5-20 inbound leads per month, and have been burned by demanding clients who consume disproportionate support time without proportional revenue
核心差异点
Focused exclusively on the pre-sales qualification moment—unlike CRM tools that manage relationships after engagement, this catches mismatched clients BEFORE they consume resources. The ICP definition is stored once and reused across all prospects, creating institutional knowledge even for solo founders.
解决方案
Web app with a guided ICP builder where founders define firmographic criteria (company size, industry, budget range, tech stack, use case). Prospect intake form collects lead info. Scoring engine compares against ICP and generates a fit score with breakdown. Dashboard shows all scored prospects with filters. Tech: Next.js frontend, Supabase for auth/database, simple scoring algorithm (no AI required for MVP)
